Clean-ups & tree planting
The unglamorous work that decides how bad the flooding gets. Drains cleared, litter lifted, trees in the ground — repeated often enough to become a habit rather than an event.

Flood & fire readiness
Langata sits flood-prone beside Ngong Dam, and its tighter streets give fire very little to slow it down. This programme works the window before either one arrives.
